Knox presents: Cuore Piano Trio in Concert

Knox presents Cuore Piano Trio in Concert on Sunday, Feb 25th, at 2:30 pm.

Cuore Piano Trio was founded in 2017 in Warsaw and it has quickly established itself as one of the leading chamber music groups of the young generation.

Currently based in Vienna, the musicians are students of Avedis Kouyoumdjian (piano), Christian Altenburger (violin) and Stefan Kropfitsch (cello) at the University of Music and Performing Arts Vienna.

In 2022 the Trio gave three recitals at the renowned Musikverein in Vienna (Brahms-Saal) as part of the new concert cycle "Souvenir".

The concerts were a huge success and the ensemble was reinvited to perform twice as many recitals in Brahms-Saal - a full season of the "Souvenir" concerts in 2023/2024.

Additionally the musicians will appear in the Metallener-Saal of the Vienna Musikverein in June 2024.

Cuore Piano Trio's members - Zuzanna Budzyńska (violin), Jadwiga Roguska (cello) and Szymon Ogryzek (piano) - are passionate about introducing new audiences to the unknown classical music pieces written by less popular Polish composers.

They constantly aim to create original music programs which include not only the widely known and loved masterpieces but also newly discovered works of the less fortunate composers of different nationalities.
