Come celebrate BC's beautiful parks with our Discover Parks Ambassadors at Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park!

BC Parks Foundation invites you to celebrate Parks Day with our Discover Parks Ambassadors on Saturday, July 20, 2024.

Join us for a fun-filled day at Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park, featuring various activities for all-ages, including a photo treasure hunt that will lead you to discover the park's hidden gems.

Treasure Hunt Information:

  • Download and Participate: Visit the Discover Parks Ambassadors at their booth for a printed copy of the treasure hunt or Download the treasure hunt PDF.
  • Claim Your Prize: Complete the hunt at Rathtrevor Beach Provincial Park, then find the Discover Parks Ambassadors booth to claim a prize for your creativity and effort!
  • Grand Prize Entry:  You also have the opportunity to enter to win a $1000 Arc'teryx gift card! To enter, simply create a DiscoverParks.ca account -- no purchase necessary. Contest closes September 2, 2024.

Check out other Parks Day activities from our friends at FreshAirCinema. There will be free outdoor movie screenings in Parksville at Parksville Community Park, Chilliwack at Cedarbrook Park, and Vancouver at Mount Pleasant Park on July 20th at dusk (~9 PM).

We do ask that parents remain onsite throughout the duration of the event.
